会员范围 Membership
凡承认协会章程，自愿参加协会的各种活动，按时缴纳会费，在工商部门注册的外资企业、内资企业、服务机构、经济团体和各类驻深圳市的代表机构，均可申请加入协会为企业会员。
Any foreign investment enterprise that is registered under the Business Registration Ordinance, accepts SZAEFI’s Articles of Association, volunteers to participate in the Association’s activities, pays membership fees in time, or is a representative office of a foreign enterprise, mainland investment enterprises, service institution, or economic group, can apply to be an Enterprise Member.
会员的权利义务 MEMBERS’ RIGHTS & OBLIGATIONS
会员的权利：
1、在会员大会上有发言权和表决权；
2、有选举权和被选举权；
3、享有协会提供的各项服务；
4、参加协会组织的活动；
5、要求协会为维护本企业的合法权益给予帮助；
6、对协会的工作提出咨询、批评和建议；
Members’ Rights
1.peak and vote at General Meetings;
2.elect and be elected;
3.enjoy the services provided by the Association;
4.participate in activities organized by the Association;
5.request assistance from the Association to protect the enterprise’s legitimate rights;
6.consultant, criticize and give suggestions on the Association;
会员的义务：
遵守协会章程，执行协会决议，按时缴纳会费，参加协会活动。
Members’ Obligations
To abide by SZAEFI’s Articles obligations, carry out the Association’s resolutions, pay membership fees in time, and to participate in the Association’s activities.
入会资料 MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
入会资料：
1、营业执照复印件；
2、企业简介；
3、填好的会员登记表；
4、申请理事以上单位，需再填写理事单位申请登记表；
5、审查合格后，缴纳年度入会会费，会费标准如下：
副会长单位：68000元（第二年开始年度会费：18000元）
常务理事单位：40000元（第二年开始年度会费：10000元）
理事单位：28000元（第二年开始年度会费：8000元）
会员单位：15000元（第二年开始年度会费：5000元）
(注：副会长、常务理事、理事为理事会成员。)
6、领取会员证。
理事以上单位经理事会审议通过后由会长为理事单位代表颁发理事牌。

Membership information
